- Eligibility: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to perishable goods, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
2. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeframe: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exchanges
- Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@gappoutreach.org.
4. Return Shipping
- Instructions: To return your product, please contact us at support@gappoutreach.org to receive the return shipping address and further instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
